How are YOU.

How are you ?  How are you feeling and how is your body feeling?  Now is a great time to take care of you and ask yourself how are you?  Many people are being nudged and questioning who they are.  This is a great time now to look at our lives and consider maybe it is time for a change.  Yes this may be scary, yes this may feel unsure or uncertain. But it truly is a great time even to think about it for a bit.  I am noticing more and more people changing and shaking things up a bit or a lot.  People are now feeling brave and time to be and live as we really are.  Just a tiny thought can start the process!!  It doesn't mean we have to drop our jobs or even get a job, or loosen a relationship ... it can be tiny changes.  I know a lot of friends of mine are decluttering .  This may mean selling a house, loosening old patterns even or painting a room or leaving a city.  So how are you ?
