I am very excited to announce our Wellness Workshop Series at The Waterview Space starting Saturday April 22, 2017 from 12:30-2:30.  Our first workshop is called "From Blah to Horrah!"  A team of 8 of us will be spending time talking with you and answering questions for you about your emotional, physical , mindful and spiritual health.  This is very exciting!!  The team consists of amazing practitioners: RMT, Social Worker, Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master, Intuitive Counselor,  and more.....We will be at the Waterview Space and ready to listen and help in any way we can.  Lots of information and tips for you to move forward.   The fee is donation only to a new charity to support children called, "We Are The Villagers" (www.wearethevillagers.com).  Register through me at jacquiconsults@sympatico.ca or call 705-737-5079 or if you are a client of one of the practitioners at The Waterview Space they will gladly register for you.  See you there!!!!!!!

I wanted to write a little blog about "New Ideas".  Is anybody else discovering that new ideas or thoughts or a yearning to try something different is starting to  happen for you?  It seems that many people I am speaking with are having new thoughts of trying new things and having a new way of viewing life.  This is truly exciting because it is movement and a shift.  My new favourite book is called "Leap" by Steven Taylor with an intro by Eckhart Tolle.  What Taylor is writing about is exactly this!!  An awakening to life!!   A new way of living and trying new things and bringing in new ideas and actually taking a small step forward.    It is a waking up of "what do you really want to do in this life time?"  Are you feeling a nudge in a certain direction?   He writes beautifully and clearly about what this inner shift is all about and many people are experiencing this feeling and of course globally as well.   I designed a list of about 50 new ideas and creative adventures I would like to try ....some call it a bucket list ....doesn't really matter what you call it.  But maybe just write a bunch of stuff down and have fun with your list.  Another super book  is called "The Courage To Be Creative" by Doreen Virtue.  A wonderful take on how to be exploratory and creative and just having fun!!!
