I feel this is a great time to focus on love and light .  I am realizing that yes we need to be aware of other parts of energy or a shadow effect but now is the time to focus upon the light.  I suppose I am seeing alot of focus on shadows and this then creates more of the same.   I have heard alot of negativity and fear lately .....in conversations and facebook...are we now ready to focus upon the Light and the Love of who we really are?  Are we ready now to manifest more of that?  I am seeing facebook pages and pages of people exposing more and more hurt, pain and ego ...yes we know this is true and it exists but now we can focus upon Light and Love.   When we do this it will manifest more love and Light and this then melts the fear and pain and hurt ......are we ready?

I am very excited about teaching meditation this month.  Usually the Wednesday evening meditation classes last for two hours with a small break at about half way or lately at the 1.5 hour.  Some of the participants have requested for a longer meditation since the meditations are now literally feeling like 10 minutes.  I am feeling that people are able to go deeper inside their hearts and relax more thoroughy than what I have ever seen or witnessed in meditation.  This is a shift in peoples' consciousness of truly wishing to go further inside of stillness.  When I say it has been 1.5 hours the participants can't believe it because it feels like just a few minutes.  The reason is they are tapping into their true self of stillness and the Divine.  When here you just rest in an awakened sleep.... so when slowly removing yourself from this deepened state you are refreshed and can actually meditate even longer.  So on Wednesday Dec. 21 I will be holding a "Three Hour Meditation"...from 7-10pm.  This is a great opportunity to move as far into stillness as you can and will allow yourself......if you wish to join the class please email me so I can get connected with you.

 I am feeling that these times are historical on so many levels.  Everything is shifting and changing and reorganizing.  Time to just let go and surrender and allow what is new to come forward.  These are hard and yet exciting times all rolled up into one big ball... An age where we need to trust and relax and not resist.  Personally I am dancing a lot lately and writing more and now opening my heart to the next step or the next now moment.  Let's help eachother out and help eachother move into another place in our hearts.  I teach kindergarten children how to live from their hearts and how to love and respect and believe in themselves.  As this is happening we can see the Light in eachothers' eyes and then know that we are all just a beautiful Spirit in a human body.  During these times find the sparkle in the eyes of people and know that something larger than us has an incredible hand in everything that happens...no matter what.  We just need to believe....!!! 

I am so exited about my Talk Show .  So far the shows have been amazing.... I have been so blessed to have had amazing people on the show to tell their stories and share their ideas on life and the process of living.  The Jacqui Dee show's purpose is to allow people to talk about how to bring hope and peace to life.  The first show featured Robert Scott who spoke about the process of creating music on his piano and how this process manifested into a meditation CD.  The second show a woman named Cindy who shared her story of full body pain and how two energy healers released this pain when nobody was able to through the medical system.   I was then blessed with a two hour interview with Barb and Kim....both of whom have a specialty with our Native Community , song, language and more. They sang on this show and I must say my heart opened.  Last week was truly a heart felt and powerful show as I spoke with Jonathan Langille.  He spoke about his journey through addictions and living life as a gay man .   In a couple of weeks Kelly Lynn and Gabe will be sharing their stories of courage and living life from joy.  And how they got there!!  People are coming forward and asking to share their story of hope, new book , song, natural healing and more.  If you feel drawn to come on the show please let me know and let's get a time.........check out the shows at :    www.thatchannelcom    In-Joy , Jacqui
